le Chardonnay Domaine de Baron’arques 2009

A crystalline aspect with a golden tint.

The seductive and delicate nose initially reveals mineral notes, then fills out on a fruitier register with aromas of vine peach, verbena and orange blossom.

The attack is clean, powerful and harmonious, propelled by a minty freshness.

The nicely balanced mid-palate reveals a creamy smooth, fresh and powerful body. A delicious echo of orchard fruit and orange peel rounds off a pleasantly long finish
