le Chardonnay Domaine de Baron’arques 2012

A glittering, crystal-clear colour, the wine has an intense and complex nose which opens on white blossom aromas, developing notes of coriander seeds and white pepper with airing.
From a fresh attack, the seductive mid-palate reveals rosewood, pear, citrus fruit and hawthorn flavours, leading into a mineral and minty finish, long, fresh and elegant.
