La Capitelle du Domaine de Baron’arques 2010

Ruby red with a purple tint.
The powerful and refined nose evokes aromas of eucalyptus, black pepper and roasted coffee, opening up with airing to display lighter notes of violet and acidulated red berries such as redcurrant.
The beautifully supple attack reveals a rich, warm and succulent texture with creamy, thoroughly integrated tannins. With perfect consistency, roasted coffee and chocolate notes elegantly recall the nose, set off by smooth fruit, as the wine builds to a harmonious, long and complex finish.
